Designed for those striving to become advanced gymnasts, this class offers a fun and challenging journey through developmental gymnastics, focusing on learning new routines, strength, flexibility, and technique. Our program follows a progressive curriculum to ensure every athlete develops the core skills needed to excel in gymnastics.

Make up classes MUST be completed before the last day of the session - they do not carry over to the next session. Make up classes are non-transferable, and non-refundable Refund Policy There are no refunds or credits for cancellations or missed classes. Email to schedule a make up class or reschedule your session to a different day and time. Rescheduling is based upon class availability and not guaranteed. Dresscode: Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top Long hair must be pulled back before class Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights Covid-19 Shutdown Updates In an event of a shutdown - classes will go virtual on Zoom Missed classes due to a COVID-19 shutdown are non-transferable, and non-refundable No credits will be given due to a COVID-19 shutdown
