On this yoga and hiking adventure we will meet at a designated location and then guests will follow the guide to the trailhead. We'll then go on a 2-2.5 mile hike meandering through a beautiful desert eco-system, learning about plants and animals of the area along the way from our Wilderness First Responder and Utah Master Naturalist guide. Then, on top of the sticky Navajo Sandstone, we'll find a flat spot for a 1 hour yoga and meditation practice. While doing so, we'll have views of Zion National Park, the Pine Valley Mountains, or gorgeous candy cane stripped cliffs. Finally, the group will walk back. ~3-4 our tour. You'll learn more about tea both from our trolley guide as well as our founder, Bill Hall, who narrates a portion of the tour over the bus sound system.
